Dear Wapner Jones,
I would like to take this opportunity to express my feelings as they relate to my experience with your firm. Too often we are all guilty of only speaking up when we are dissatisfied and not giving praise when it is due.
The past year and a half we have all had to pivot to a new way of life and doing things, on top of that I have had the stress of this case hanging over me. I want you to know how important it was to me to have someone answer all my questions and respond it such a timely manner. The process and options were explained in a very clear and understandable way that helped so much. When speaking with my attorney it was evident to me, he was doing his due diligence, watching all the videos, and putting the time and energy needed in understanding my case. He developed a strategy in defending me and when it came time to present, stayed on point, cited case law, and focused on the task at hand.
I was solicited by many firms wanting to represent me. However, it is my feeling that when facing something that could have such serious consequences this is not the time to go cheap. Your firm came highly recommended and was definitely worth it. I could not be more pleased with the representation I received.
